Viewer Ronald Billman: The U.S. Air Force Aircraft 1908-1946 by James C. Fahey lists it as a NB-1, now for the builders Martin built (20) 1921.  Curtiss built (50) 1921-2 L.W.F. built (35) 1921-2 and Aeromarine built (25) 1922-3.  All produced as duplicates.  The photo of this plane in Mr. Fahey's book I.D.s it as a Curtiss-Martin NBS-1 type PS L-W-F stands for Love, Willard and Fowler of Long Island, N.Y., and all of this is listed in the aircraft section of Airfiles.com.
